Kinetic capabilities

From field equipment
to informed action.

Hardware, software and continuing support for well systems and petroleum terminals.

Kinetic connects agreed equipment readings, operating events and service history. Give your team a consistent way to understand normal operation, investigate changes and follow the work through.

01 / Hardware

Connect the site.

Review existing controllers and readings. Specify suitable site connections, additional sensing where needed, an onsite gateway and local displays.

02 / Software

Put history to work.

Local and remote views bring together operating information, configured monitoring, reports and AI technician assistance.

03 / Service

Support the operation.

Define installation, commissioning, handover and continuing support around the equipment and the people responsible for it.

What your team can do

Useful during a normal week.
Ready when something changes.

Capabilities are configured around the available information and the operating questions you need answered.

01

Review equipment & operating history

Bring agreed readings, operating duty, interruptions and recent service events into local and remote views. Keep source, timestamp, units and data quality with the record.

02

Compare operations & build reports

Compare similar duties or transfers, understand normal variation and assemble routine reports. For terminals, distinguish equipment trips from planned pauses, receiving constraints and coordination delays.

03

Investigate with technician assistance

Configured monitoring helps place a developing change beside its supporting evidence. AI assistance can explain trends and retrieve relevant approved checks, manuals, drawings and previous repairs where those records are supplied.

04

Follow maintenance through

Record findings, work performed and unresolved issues with the equipment history. Review the result under comparable conditions. Lubrication assurance is one application: distinguish a commanded cycle, observed completion and verified delivery at the points checked.

People and site procedures govern diagnosis, maintenance and control decisions. Missing or stale information remains visible as uncertain.

Where the capabilities apply

Two operating environments.
A scope built for each.

Choose an equipment group and confirm the signals, connections and workflows needed for that installation.

A defined delivery scope

Agree what is connected.
Know what is included.

The proposal separates initial hardware and site work from recurring software and support. Compatibility, measurements and functions are assessed and demonstrated for the installation.

Explore the connected system
  • Equipment, controller access, sensing and communications requirements
  • Local and remote views, operating reports and service workflows
  • Commissioning, acceptance checks and handover responsibilities
  • Continuing support, covered visits, and separately identified consumables or repairs

Potential optimization is a separate evaluation: establish a baseline, assess site-engineer-approved changes and compare sustained results. It is not a guarantee of increased production or autonomous control.
